Job Description
- Manage and supervise work teams and subcontractors to ensure installation complies with the technical and quality requirements of the project.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for construction materials.
- Implement construction contracts: develop execution schedules, submit drawings for approval, carry out approved drawings and construction methods, coordinate with the Site Manager to inspect and control construction materials to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Participate in inspection and acceptance, as-built documentation, handover, project final accounts, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Recruitment Criteria
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields.
2. Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of management costs, construction costs, and basic knowledge of construction contracts and construction insurance.
- Experience in construction projects with foreign elements.
3. Skills
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Hardworking and diligent.
- Willing to work on long-distance assignments.
